The Iluminet awards are a biennially held event by the mexican online publication Iluminet.
Lighting Design magazine aimed to make Iberoamerican projects better known.
The 2014 awards took place during the EILD – Iberoamerican Lighting Design Conference-, in Medellín, Colombia.
The panel of judges was comprised by renowned local lighting designers Gustavo Avilés, Carmenza Heano, Ricardo Hofstadter, Maurici Ginés, Anne Bureau, and by the magazine’s committee who chose the 50 most prominent projects in categories interior lighting, exterior lighting, New Talent and Social Impact to be published in an book.
Three of Limari’s projects were chosen and published: The Chilean Museum of Memory and Human Rights, Rosso Italiano Restaurant, and the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art.
In addition to having been selected, Limari’s project at the Museo de la Memoria y los DDHH, Restaurante Rosso Italiano and the Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino.
